PINEAPPLE ORANGE CONGEALED SALAD 
2 env. unflavored gelatin
2 c. cold water
1 tbsp. honey
1 1/4 c. pineapple juice (unsweetened)
1 1/2 c. unsweetened canned pineapple, drained
2 med. size oranges, peeled and separated in segments
1 banana

SERVES 50:
10 env. unflavored gelatin
10 c. cold water
5 tbsp. honey
6 1/4 c. pineapple juice (unsweetened)
7 1/2 c. unsweetened canned pineapple, drained
10 med. size oranges, peeled and separated in segments
5 bananas

Soften gelatin in cold water. In saucepan warm gelatin mixture and honey enough to dissolve gelatin and soften honey. Add pineapple juice and cool until almost set. Add pineapple chunks, orange segments and sliced bananas. Chill until set.
