CHILLED STUFFED TOMATOES 
Fresh ripe tomatoes
1 can tuna fish
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. pickle relish
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
1 hard boiled egg, chopped fine
Pepper to taste
Lettuce leaf

Wash tomatoes and cut in 8 wedges without cutting all the way through. Place tomato on a lettuce leaf and fan tomato out.

Combine tuna, mayonnaise, relish, celery, hard boiled egg and pepper. Stuff mixture in tomato wedges and chill until serving time.

Can be garnished with a sprig of parsley or carrot curls.
