STUFFED SHELLS WITH TOMATO SAUCE 
2 lbs. Ricotta cheese
1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella
1 med. onion, chopped
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
1 c. chopped mushrooms
2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
2 eggs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Pepper & garlic

Reserve 3/4 cup Mozzarella cheese for topping.

Mix rest of Mozzarella cheese and all other ingredients together.

Stuff mixture into cooked shells, fills entire box of shells.

Top with your favorite tomato sauce, Prego, Ragu, etc. Then sprinkle on rest of Mozzarella cheese.

Bake in preheated 350 degree oven until it bubbles.
