CHINESE CHICKEN WINGS | |
16 chicken wings 1/2 c. soy sauce 1/2 c. lemon juice 1/2 c. honey 2 cloves garlic, crushed 4 to 6 tbsp. peanut oil Disjoint chicken wings, wash and dry. Save tips for soup. Mix soy sauce with lemon juice, honey and garlic in a large bowl. Add wings to mixture. Cover and marinate in refrigerate several hours or overnight, turning occasionally. Put oil in 9 inch skillet over medium heat. Drain chicken wings and put into hot oil. Cook, turning often, for about 25 minutes or until wings are browned and cooked throughout. |
