CANDIED GARLIC CHICKEN WINGS 
1 1/2 cups of honey
6 tbs. soy sauce
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 lbs. thawed chicken wings

Heat honey, soy sauce and garlic in a sauce pan, let cool.

In a zip-loc bag, place wings in and pour cooled sauce over the wings and let marinate in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight, turning occasionally.

Bake covered, at 375°F, bake 1 hour turning every 1/2 hour.

After one hour, remove foil and bake for 15 minutes, then turn over and bake another 15 minutes.

Let cool 5 minutes and serve.
