MACARONI, CHEESE AND TOMATO
CASSEROLE
 
1 box any type macaroni and cheese mix
1 can stewed tomatoes
6 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded or chopped fine

Make macaroni and cheese according to instructions on box. Place in casserole and add tomatoes and cheese. Mix lightly and sprinkle some of the shredded cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.

I do this exact recipe... except I do not even bake it. I use the Kraft boxed mac & cheese... when I drain it - immediately add about 1 large tablespoon of butter... the cheese packet. Blend... then add the shredded cheese. Because the cheese is still hot - everything melts together. I reheat - by putting into a bowl - top with a dollop of ketchup - little hot sauce - little chili sauce... Its great for something quick in middle of day. This is delicious - & something great to just grab & heat in middle of day. I do live alone... so the entire thing is mine to heat and nibble on... at will. Love it!
