EASY LASAGNE 
1 1/2 c. water
2 - 15 1/2 oz. jars spaghetti sauce
16 oz. box lasagne noodles
15 oz. Ricotta cheese (or dry cottage cheese)
8 oz. mozzarella cheese (thin slices or grated)
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb. ground chuck may be added to sauce

Brown the ground chuck and drain. Combine browned meat, sauce and water. Use 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Put 1 1/3 cups sauce in bottom of pan. Arrange uncooked noodles over sauce. Cover with half of the Ricotta and half of mozzarella. Add 2 tablespoons of Parmesan. Add more sauce, noodles, etc., ending with a layer of noodles. Spread rest of sauce on top. Seal with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. Serves 12.
