LASAGNA 
1 (32 oz.) jar Ragu or spaghetti sauce
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 (16 oz.) box lasagna noodles
1 (15 oz.) Ricotta cheese
1 egg
1/8 c. milk (enough to make smooth)
Salt & pepper to taste
1 lg. bag Mozzarella cheese

Brown hamburger. Drain fat. Add Ragu. Cook until tender 30 to 60 minutes. While cooking, make cheese filling. (In medium size bowl, add cream cheese (Ricotta), egg, milk, salt, and pepper. Add Mozzarella cheese (1/2 bag). Mix by hand until smooth. Cover and refrigerate. Cook noodles (medium done). Layer first sauce, noodles, cheese, sauce, noodles, etc. On top, add sauce and spread. Add 1/2 bag Mozzarella cheese. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 60 minutes, until cheese is melted. Last 5 minutes remove cover.
