CAULIFLOWER BACON SALAD | |
1 head cauliflower 4 slices bacon 1 c. mayonnaise 1 tsp. dill weed 1 c. frozen peas 1 (8 oz. sliced water chestnuts, drained Cut cauliflower into bite size pieces. Fry bacon crisp and chop; set aside. Combine mayonnaise, dill weed, peas and water chestnuts with cauliflower. Chill several hours. Add bacon just before serving. Serves 6 to 8. |
