MARINATED VEGETABLE - BACON BOWL 
2/3 c. salad oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Dash cayenne pepper
1 sm. head cauliflower, cut into bite-size pieces
1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can peas, drained (optional)
1 med. sweet onion, sliced
1/4 c. bacon-flavor vegetable protein bits

Early in day (or about 3 hours before serving). In large bowl, with wire whisk or fork, mix first 5 ingredients. Add cauliflower, mushrooms, peas and onions; toss gently to coat well. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally. To serve: Add bacon-flavor bits; toss until well mixed. Makes 8 servings.
