MARINATED VEGETABLES 
1 can French style green beans, drained
1 can diced carrots, drained
1 can tiny LeSueur peas, drained
1 can shoe peg corn, drained
1 sm. jar pimentos, drained
1 c. chopped bell peppers
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. onions
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
1 tbsp. water

Mix together salt, sugar, salad oil, and water. Mix vegetables together, pour marinade over vegetables and marinate for 24 hours or overnight. Will keep in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
