BETTY'S CHRISTMAS JAM 
Makes great Christmas gifts!

2 cups fresh cranberries (grind, then measure)
2 (10 oz. ea.) pkgs. frozen strawberries, sliced
2 tbsp. lemon juice
5 1/2 cups sugar
3 oz. liquid Certo (fruit pectin)

Combine all ingredients (except Certo) in a large pan. Bring to a full rolling boil. Stir in Certo and return to boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, stir and skim for 5 minutes.

Ladle hot mixture into hot 1/2 pint jelly jars; adjust lids finger-tight. Process in a boiling water bath canner for 6 minutes.
