BEEF & POTATOES CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. crushed crackers
1 can mushroom soup
Onion (to taste)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 c. raw potatoes, thinly sliced
1/2 c. cheese, grated

Slice potatoes in bottom of pan. Cover with cheese. Mix ground beef, cracker crumbs, sour cream, mushroom soup and onion. Spread on cheese and potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees until potatoes are done, 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
