PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 
1 lb. brown sugar, light
1 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. granulated sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) jar smooth peanut butter

Dissolve brown sugar, butter and granulated sugar with milk. Cook until it forms a soft ball in cold water. Add cornstarch dissolved in a little cold water. Stir in. Take immediately from stove and beat well. Add vanilla and peanut butter, stir until well mixed. Pour into 8" buttered pan.
