CHICKEN & RICE CASSEROLE 
6 c. rice (not quick rice)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
6 - 8 chicken breasts

Mix rice and cream of mushroom soup together and place in 10 x 15 inch casserole dish. Place chicken breasts on top of rice and soup mixture. Sprinkle onion soup mix over top of chicken. Bake in a 250 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours or until rice and chicken are done. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
