CHICKEN RICE CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, cut up or 4 chicken breasts
1 c. raw rice
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. dry Lipton's onion soup mix
2 1/2 c. water or milk
1 c. celery, chopped

Put rice in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Place cut up chicken on top of rice. Mix soups, onions, soup mix, water and celery together. Pour over chicken and rice. Cover and cook at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Uncover and bake 30 minutes more.
