CHICKEN RICE CASSEROLE 
2 c. Minute Rice
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. Lipton's onion soup mix
2 1/2 c. cooked, cut up chicken
5 c. water

Put uncooked rice in bottom of 9"x13" pan. Put chicken over rice. Pepper chicken. Spread cream of mushroom soup over chicken. Sprinkle Lipton's soup mix over this. Pour 5 cups water over all. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 300 degrees. Remove cover and bake 30 minutes more to brown.
