WILD & CHEESY CHICKEN 
2 c. chicken, cooked & diced
1 c. grated cheese, sharp or mild to suit taste
1 can soup, cream of chicken or mushroom
2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. diced celery
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1 (6 oz.) box long grain & wild rice, cooked
4 oz. mushrooms
1/4 c. sweet pepper, diced

Mix all ingredients together, spoon into buttered casserole. Bake 25 minutes at 425 degrees.
