WELDAND CHEESY CHICKEN 
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. green pepper
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. green onion
4 oz. jar mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2/3 c. milk
2 c. cooked chicken
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 box Riceland Rice (long grain with wild rice)

Saute first 5 ingredients, add soup, milk and chicken. Pour into buttered casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with cheese. Sprinkle with sliced almonds if desired.
