CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked chicken pieces
1 sm. pkg. cooked wild rice (UNCLE BEN'S®)
1 can cream of celery soup
1 med. jar sliced pimentos
1 med. onion, chopped
2 cans French green beans, drained
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Cook rice according to directions; add to chicken. Add all other ingredients except cheese and mix well. Pour into casserole dish and top with grated cheese.

Bake for 30 minutes on 300 degrees. This casserole tastes great and is very easy to prepare.
