CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 c. boiled chicken breasts, deboned and cut in sm. pieces
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® wild rice, cooked by pkg. directions
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can French-style green beans, drained
1 can water chestnuts, drained
1 sm. jar pimento, drained
3/4 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Black pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together, adding some of the chicken broth to prevent dryness. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
