CHICKEN RICE CASSEROLE 
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® Wild Rice, cooked as directed on box
4 oz. can pimentos, chopped
1 1/2 c. diced cooked chicken
1/4 to 1/2 c. mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 tbsp. flour

Combine cooked rice and pimento, flour, chicken, mushrooms, soup and broth; pour into greased 2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
