CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 breasts, boiled and deboned
Sm. box wild rice, cooked
1 can French style seasoned green beans, drained
1 sm. jar chopped pimento
Salt and pepper
1/2 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 tbsp. poultry seasoning
3/4 c. chicken broth

Mix all ingredients in order given. Pour into a well greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, uncovered.

Delicious meal with cranberry sauce and English peas.
