MUSHROOM - RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. converted rice
1 can beef consomme
1 can French onion soup
1 stick butter
2 cans button mushrooms

Mix rice, beef consomme, French onion soup and mushrooms together. Pour in 9 x 13 inch pan. Cut butter in small pieces over top of mixture. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Stir once halfway through cooking time.
