MARIANNE'S POTATOES 
1 lg. pkg. Ore-Ida frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onions
Pepper
1/4 stick butter

Melt butter in frying pan. Add onions, saute 7 minutes, then add potatoes, brown 10 minutes. Mix with all remaining ingredients and put in casserole dish. Sprinkle top with cheese; you'll need extra for this, and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
