CORN CASSEROLE 
2 eggs, beaten
1 lg. can cream corn
1 lg. can Niblet corn
1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 onion, chopped & sauteed in 1/4 lb. butter
9 x 11 inch baking dish, buttered

In bowl mix cream corn and drained Niblet corn with eggs. Add corn bread mix. Pour into baking dish. Sprinkle sauteed onions on top. Cover with sour cream. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake covered at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes more.
