1 lb. ground chuck
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 c. shredded parmesan
1/2 c. mozzarella cheese
1 small bell pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Salt to taste
1 c. canned spaghetti sauce

Mix all ingredients together.

Bake 350°F for 45 minutes or until center is done. Take out of oven and cover with remaining spaghetti sauce. Return to oven for 5 to 10 minutes. Take out of oven and sprinkle with grated parmesan. Serve with favorite pasta. Angel Hair Pasta is good.
