APPLE CRUMBLE 
6 apples
1/2 c. sugar
Cinnamon to taste
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar

Peel and slice apples and place in a pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Add sugar and lemon juice.

In mixing bowl, mix flour, butter and brown sugar together using fork. Put this crumbled mixture over apples. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
