APPLE-WALNUT CRUMBLE PIE 
5 to 6 tart apples, peeled and sliced
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter

TOPPING:

1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
3/4 c. flour

Place apples in well greased 9 inch pie pan. Blend sugars and cinnamon, stir into apples. Dot with butter. Mix topping ingredients until it resembles coarse crumbs and sprinkle over top. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Serve warm. Great A la mode.
