CARAMEL CORN PUFFS 
1 lb. butter
1 heaping tbsp. light Karo syrup
1/2 c. water
2 c. sugar
2 pkgs. Corn Puffs (plain)

Put everything but corn puffs in a pan and stir at a boil for 10 to 15 minutes. When it begins to smoke it is about done. It goes from yellow to a tan and pulls away from the pan. Pour over puffs and spread over waxed paper.
