CHICKEN WITH WINE HERB SAUCE 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. dried tarragon
1/4 tsp. dried marjoram
1/2 c. dry white wine
1 (3 lb.) chicken, cut up
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. paprika

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and cook until tender, about 3 minutes. Stir in parsley, oregano, poultry seasoning, tarragon, marjoram and wine. Boil 5 minutes, until sauce is reduced by 1/3. Arrange chicken in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Brush herb sauce over chicken. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake 45 minutes until tender.
