BOILED CHOCOLATE FROSTING 
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. cocoa
1/4 c. milk
Vanilla

Boil 3 minutes and beat. Double for large cake

After taking mixture off the stove, I transferred it to a bowl and beat it for two minutes. I used this as icing (not frosting) to dip cookies in and it was wonderful!!!

I didn't have the cream of tartar so I used corn starch I mixed the corn starch with COLD milk and stirred it until is is creamery then I pour this into the chocolate while it is boiling. This works great.
