CHOCOLATE SHEET CAKE AND BOILED
FROSTING
 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. water

Bring to boil and then remove heat.

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Sift together and beat until smooth.

Add 2 eggs and 1/2 cup of sour cream. Spread in greased 13" x 9". Bake 350 degrees oven for 25 - 30 minutes. While still warm spread with frosting.

FROSTING:

1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk

Remove from heat and beat in

package (1 lb.) confectioners sugar,
1 tsp. vanilla
Nuts (optional)

Do not make frosting until cake is out of oven as frosting hardens quickly.
