PINEAPPLE PUDDING CAKE | |
2 c. cold milk 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (softened) 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix 1 can crushed pineapple, drained 1/2 yellow cake mix or 1 box Jiffy cake mix 1 container whipped cream (Cool Whip) Make cake. Cool completely. Mix softened cream cheese with 2 cups cold milk. Pour in pudding mix, blend 2 minutes. Spread pudding mix over cooled cake, then spread pineapple (and walnuts to taste). Spread Cool Whip over top. Refrigerate several hours before serving. |
