BLUE CHEESE SPREAD 
1/2 lb. natural blue cheese, sieved
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. paprika
Dash of salt
Dash of cayenne
3 tbsp. port wine

Let cheese get room temperature. Combine all ingredients in bowl; mix until smooth. Keep refrigerated.
