LIPTAUER CHEESE SPREAD 
1/2 c. butter, softened
4 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. caraway seeds, crushed fine
1 tsp. drained capers, cut up fine
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 1/4 tsp. Hungarian paprika
1 tsp. anchovy paste

Beat butter and cream cheese together until fluffy. Add remaining ingredients.
