LIPTAUER CHEESE SPREAD 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. (1 stick) unsalted butter
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. caraway seeds
1 tbsp. Roquefort cheese
Salt to taste
1 tsp. chopped capers
1/2 sm. chopped onion
1 (2 oz.) can anchovies, chopped

With electric mixer, beat cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy. Add remaining ingredients and beat until smooth and blended. Makes 1 1/2 cups. Serve on crackers.
