BLUEBERRY PIE 
1 baked 9-inch pie shell
1 qt. blueberries
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. water
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. water

Wash berries and reserve 3 cups. Cook remaining berries until soft with sugar and 3/4 cup water. Make a paste of flour, salt, and 1/4 cup water. Add this to the blueberries and cook slowly until thickened. Add hot blueberry mixture to uncooked berries. Turn all into baked pie shell. Chill for at least 4 hours. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
