CHICKEN AND SPAGHETTI 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. thin spaghetti
1 chicken, cooked and cut up
1/4 c. hot fat or oil
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. onion, minced
1/4 c. green pepper, minced
1 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. chopped pimento

Boil chicken, then bone. Lightly brown onion, green pepper, and paprika in butter. Simmer chicken with salt, fat and pepper in broth the chicken was boiled in. Add browned onion mixture. Simmer 30 minutes. Add pimento. Cook until boiling.

In the last 15 minutes, add uncooked spaghetti. Stir in grated cheese after spaghetti is done.
