CHICKEN SPAGHETTI 
1 boiled, boned, chicken, cubed
1 pkg. spaghetti
1 to 2 green bell peppers
1 can mushroom soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes & green chilies
1 lg. onion
1 can mushrooms, sliced
1 jar pimento

Boil and bone chicken. Use broth to cook spaghetti, adding water if necessary. While spaghetti is cooking, saute onions, green peppers and pimentos. Add soup, mushrooms and Rotel. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes. In a large casserole dish, mix chicken cubes, spaghetti and mixture. Top with grated cheese and bake for 15 to 30 minutes in moderate oven. I mix cheese cubes in my casserole in place of grated cheese on top.
