CHICKEN AND SPAGHETTI 
1 chicken
1 bell pepper
1 onion
2 ribs celery
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 pkg. spaghetti

Boil chicken with celery, bell pepper and onion; remove chicken and de-bone. Bring broth to boil and cook spaghetti in broth. Add chopped chicken, tomatoes and cheese. Bake in slow oven until cheese is melted.
