CHICKEN SPAGHETTI 
1 chicken, boil & bone
1 chopped onion
1 can Rotel
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 lb. Velveeta or 2 cans cheddar cheese soup
1 can chopped black olives
1 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese
Fresh mushrooms
1 pkg. spaghetti
1 chopped green pepper

Saute onions, peppers, mushrooms and olives. Boil spaghetti in chicken broth. Drain off water and add remaining ingredients, except Mozzarella. Stir until Velveeta is melted. Pour into long baking dish and top with Mozzarella. Bake until cheese has melted at 375 degrees.
