CHICKEN SPAGHETTI 
1 pkg. spaghetti
1 lg. jar sliced mushrooms
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 c. chopped celery
1 chopped bell pepper
1 chopped onion
2 lb. pkg. grated cheddar cheese
1 chicken

Cook spaghetti in chicken broth (do not drain). Saute onions and bell peppers until tender. Boil celery until tender. Mix chicken pieces, spaghetti onion, bell peppers, celery, Rotel tomatoes and mushrooms. Bake on 350 degrees for approximately 1 1/2 hours (covered with foil). Remove foil and top with cheddar cheese. Melt cheese and serve.
