CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. cornbread stuffing mix
1 (4 lb.) chicken, cooked & cut up
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 soup can of milk
1 stick butter
1/4 c. celery
1/4 c. onion

Line baking dish with chicken. Cover with soup and milk. Melt butter in saucepan. Mix broth with onion, celery and butter and heat for approximately 5 minutes. Put this mixture on top of casserole. Bake, uncovered for 45 minutes in 350 degree oven. Serves 12.
