MANICOTTI'S 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 c. cottage cheese
4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise
8 manicotti shells
Tomato (spaghetti) sauce (your own or Ragu)

Brown beef and garlic. Drain fat. Mix next 4 ingredients in bowl. Stir in beef. Fill each manicotti. Cover with sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove foil; bake 10 minutes. Serves 4.
