SPEEDY DESSERT 
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 can lemon pie filling
1 (2 layer) yellow cake mix
1/2 lb. butter

Spread crushed pineapple on bottom of 9x13 inch baking pan. Spread lemon pie filling on pineapple. Add yellow cake mix evenly over this. Pour melted butter over cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees. Cool well, cut and serve with Cool Whip or ice cream or plain.
