CHICKEN BREAST SUPREME 
4 chicken breasts - halved and deboned
1 pkg. dried beef (or sliced pressed beef)
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Line pan with chipped beef. Wrap each breast in slice of bacon and place on beef. Mix sour cream and soup. Pour over chicken. Cover. Cook at 250 to 300 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. Remove cover last 1/2 hour and let brown. Serve gravy over rice.
