CHICKEN BREASTS SUPREME 
3 whole chicken breasts, skinned and boned
1/4 c. green onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
6 slices bacon, crumbled
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. sour cream
1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos, chopped

Cut chicken breasts in half and remove bone. Saute pepper and onion in butter. Mix together soup and sour cream; add peppers, onions, mushrooms, bacon, and pimento. Pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 250 degrees for 3 hours or 300 degrees for 2 hours. Serve with baked rice.
