CRANBERRY PUMPKIN BREAD 
2 slightly beaten eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 c. Libby's solid pack pumpkin
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped cranberries

Combine flour, pie spice and salt in large bowl. Make a well in center. Mix the first 4 ingredients and place in the well. Stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Stir in cranberries. Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured pans. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) 1 hour. Makes 2 loaves.
