PORK CHOPS WITH APPLE STUFFING 
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 (4 oz.) pork loin chops, 1/2 inch thick
1/4 c. chopped apple
1/4 c. chopped celery
3 slices raisin bread, cubed
3 tbsp. apple juice
Dash ground nutmeg

Heat oil in medium skillet. Cook pork chops in oil over medium heat. Heat until lightly browned on both sides. Continue to cook until browned and meat is no longer pink when cut. Remove chops from skillet and keep warm. Reserve 2 tablespoons meat drippings in skillet.
